Im about to sucide becauese of my look, because i have MID genes + i was mouth breathing because of my mom.
Im asking what surgery, anything to improve my reccesed face i need to do

Canthoplasty and lefort + other ones I’m too lazy

You’re looking good for your age, a lot of softmaxxes can be done first before you need to think of surgery and personally I can’t see any area which would need surgery

His maxilla and mandible are severely recessed, but I agree his side could improve if he locks in during puberty

I’m more thinking it is his mandible that could elongate during puberty, his forward maxillary growth is unlikely to change much

Yeah im thinking about bimax + canthioplasty, rhino.
I was hardly mouth breathing because of my mom im lowkey angry on her ( she was supposted to go with me to the lesson of breathing correcty + telling me close mouth )
Kinda my side improved still is reccesed as fuck i hate IT because of that i look like school shooter but 1 year ago was only worser :
