Rating Confused about my looksmax rating

Hey,

So a few people rated me around 6–7.5 HTN and told me I could maybe reach an 8.5 “CL” if I got rid of my acne and lost some face fat.
Thing is, I have no clue what any of that actually means lol. Can someone explain what those ratings stand for and what I should focus on to improve?

I’m already working on my skin, but I’d really appreciate any advice or routines to reduce face fat or just overall looksmax tips.
Also, feel free to give me your own rating and honest thoughts — I’m open to any feedback.

Thanks man for the analysis and the tips, seriously that was super helpful and I really appreciate the time you took.

Just to clarify, I’m already on isotretinoin for my skin, so that part should get better soon.

But my real issue (which doesn’t show that much in the picture) is the face fat — my face looks kinda puffy and it messes a bit with the overall harmony.

Do you have any tips or methods to reduce it? Like diet, workouts, lifestyle stuff, whatever works.

Again I’d say a 5-6/10. I think you have high tier normie potential.

You have a fairly Arab pheno which while not ideal is also something you can utilise either frauding closer to med or going thugmaxxed into half black type vibe.

Otherwise lean maxxing is essential, work on brows and lashes wit minox.

Physique is essential, you need to play int the masc appeal so stubble/ beard whe possible, high t physique, play into manly model niche.

It seems you have abit of a weak jaw, I think a chin implant / jaw implant would ascend you hard

And something for the eye area, almond eye surgery usually works. Since you have negative canthal tilt.

Ofc skincare, diet max etc all the softmaxxes

And that is your general looksmaxxing plan.

Once you have checked those off I’d be surprised if you haven’t ascended to a level where u can get the girls you wants, and you’re respected etc

Well done for that unironically.

Facial fat isn’t something you can just spot train / burn.

You must lose overall body fat.

Now yes, I do have recommendations. But there are many ways to get the desired result. So it is down to you to find the path there…

Either way, you need to be in a CALORIE DEFICIT

TLDR
eat in a deficit of 300-500 calories a day, and re weigh yourself every 2-4 weeks to readjust your caloric intake requirements (use CHATGPT, a calculator or one of the many formulas for figuring this out).

That’s the fundamental, diet wise. Whatever you can stick to while being under your caloric needs.

I like to do cardio, it generally means I can eat more, feel better, or even increase the deficit one day. It is technically optional while dieting but I wouldn’t do a cut without.

What cardio? Again ,whatever you will stick to.

I like to bike, swim, walk. Whatever. But you need to do what you can and will do every day !

What about resistance training? With this you should be lifting heavy weights: it is such a simple looksmax that so many people neglect .

What about suppressing appetite:

There are many drugs, strategies etc for this.

From willpower, to GLP1 agonists, caffeine, nicotine, chewing gum, eating low calorie dense foods, stimulants etc

I’d say experiment with what you want, but please be cautious of the side effects!

Make sure the risk is worth the potential return on investment

Use hydrocortisone for your nose. Accutane for your acne. Cut out carbs, sodium, and sugar. Go on a caloric deficit and do light cardio such as 4-6 mile walks everyday.
 
8.5 is mid chad not chadlite
range 4=ltn
range 5=mtn
range 6=htn
range 7=chadlite
range 8=chad
there's only like 1 person that breaks an 9 and that's drago
