Introduction
So y'all have 100% heard of retatrutide, the experimental , triple agonist of GLP-1 , GIP and Glucagon.
It is believed to be the most potent, anti obesity drug due to this triple agonism.
I have experimented with Tirzapetide (aka Monjouno) in the past, to great results. Leading in a 4 month cut from 25% Body fat (will from here be referred to as BF for brevity) to around 12% bodyfat.
Now those of you who are quite close to me, will know my current stats, stack and other relevant information.
However, to keep this thread universal I will write up my information as to paint a clear picture.
This thread is intended to be a small, not so clinical trial. Using myself as the test subject.
Hopefully this will bring clarity to many of you potential users, and I will (at the end of my cut) give you a verdict of whether I reccomend or not. And how this compared to other ways I have used to cut in the past!
Participant information
I am a male, 5'11, white.
I weigh 72-75KG , at around 13-15% bodyfat currently.
I am currently using 200mgs Testosterone Enanthate and 12.5mg Aromasin weekly (for gym gains).
Other than this my caloric intake is around 2150kcals per day (500 defeceit).
My average macros for the cut so far have been (I started on the 21st, at the time of writing it is the 23rd):
Protein:150g
Carbs: 200g
Fats: 70g
How this thread will work
Every Week I will post an update regarding that weeks experiences.
It will be an ongoing thread, more or less until the 25th of December, I am already lean. I am attempting to get to single digit body fat, this will be a first for me. But it really does get to test Retatrutide to see whether or not this is achievable. If it is as potent as I have been promised , I will be fairly confident in hypothesising that the single digits is possible. Failing that I will expect to get very lean, and not be very hungry during the cut
Conclusions to part 1
So there lays out the context of this thread, the goals and also a bit of background information for you all.
Check for my weekly updates in the comments.
Any questions, or requests or even anything you wanna know ask!
There is limited research on retatrutide so I hope for the majority of people this thread (though not completely scientific in nature) will atleast be interesting and shed some light on the use of Retatrutide in HEALTHY populations for looks enhancing purposes!
