Introduction

So y'all have 100% heard of retatrutide, the experimental , triple agonist of GLP-1 , GIP and Glucagon.

It is believed to be the most potent, anti obesity drug due to this triple agonism.

I have experimented with Tirzapetide (aka Monjouno) in the past, to great results. Leading in a 4 month cut from 25% Body fat (will from here be referred to as BF for brevity) to around 12% bodyfat.

Now those of you who are quite close to me, will know my current stats, stack and other relevant information.

However, to keep this thread universal I will write up my information as to paint a clear picture.

This thread is intended to be a small, not so clinical trial. Using myself as the test subject.

Hopefully this will bring clarity to many of you potential users, and I will (at the end of my cut) give you a verdict of whether I reccomend or not. And how this compared to other ways I have used to cut in the past!

Participant information

I am a male, 5'11, white.

I weigh 72-75KG , at around 13-15% bodyfat currently.

I am currently using 200mgs Testosterone Enanthate and 12.5mg Aromasin weekly (for gym gains).

Other than this my caloric intake is around 2150kcals per day (500 defeceit).

My average macros for the cut so far have been (I started on the 21st, at the time of writing it is the 23rd):

Protein:150g
Carbs: 200g
Fats: 70g

How this thread will work

Every Week I will post an update regarding that weeks experiences.

It will be an ongoing thread, more or less until the 25th of December, I am already lean. I am attempting to get to single digit body fat, this will be a first for me. But it really does get to test Retatrutide to see whether or not this is achievable. If it is as potent as I have been promised , I will be fairly confident in hypothesising that the single digits is possible. Failing that I will expect to get very lean, and not be very hungry during the cut

Conclusions to part 1

So there lays out the context of this thread, the goals and also a bit of background information for you all.

Check for my weekly updates in the comments.

Any questions, or requests or even anything you wanna know ask!

There is limited research on retatrutide so I hope for the majority of people this thread (though not completely scientific in nature) will atleast be interesting and shed some light on the use of Retatrutide in HEALTHY populations for looks enhancing purposes!

Update 1

I will write this weeks update, slightly in haste.

See I have only been using for 3 days, but I have a packed schedule.

Plus, the time it takes for reta to work is around 24hrs onward I feel that my current experiences will be valuable

  1. I have felt the effects, while not as smooth as Tirzapetide in my experience ( I have experienced nausea and slight fatigue, which so far I have combatted with modafinil) I have noticed what seems to be a much easier suppression of appetite.
  2. This supressions isn't overwhelming, I can still eat. However I do not feel like eating. I do not feel hungry, this is rather refreshing considering my usually large appetite.
  3. I have not noticed any issues with sleep (some people report sleep quality issues) , however I do usually sleep fairly poorly anyway.
  4. Much easier to put the fork down. I don't find my cravings to result in binges which I had previously been pigging out on. This is great as I know when I should stop eating, now with reta it is easy to do so. Mainly due to the fact I am not hungry so snacking is just to enjoy the snack at hand, rather than fill some hunger or craving!

So far so good, I am impressed. The absence of hunger is remarkable to me, I am interested to see how the visual results work with the glucagon agonism. I had good success with Tirz (the dual agonist) the only main difference with Reta is going to be the glucagon agonism which in theory speeds up the fat metabolism!

All in all, very satisfied so far. I will update next week!

So I completed the retrarutide journey.

Tbh it was good, appetite suppressions was decent, I had good appetite control.

I made it to as lean as I wanted.

One or two issues with training and nausea and strength loss.

However I’d rate it a 7/10

Tirzapetide mogs for me.

Next I will try semaglutide on my next mini cut,

However I accomplished my goal, lean and wasn’t tricky
