Im 62 kgs 5’5💀 (think around 18-22% bf) how do i cut/ go into a hard calorie deficit without losing alot of muscle but more fat? I want to get more muscle and lose fat at the same time.
 
What age are you?

If you decide to cut naturally then just ensure you train hard, deficit of no more than 300-500kcals per day and plenty of cardio.

I’d recommend doing it enhanced with atleast 250mgs test

If your still in puberty you shouldn't cut imo.But if not nothing wrong with some test

Im 14 and ive thought about hgh and test but theres no way in the world i can get it, my parents are completely against it and im broke too

There isn’t much to say in regards to cutting.

Some people are against it in puberty, I personally cut a lot in puberty and am short than my brother but it could all be genetics

Either way, you should do what maximises looks for your prime which is in exactly 3-10 years time
