I mean yes but the thing is it will still mean you probably have a shorter total puberty, or at least much less time where ur igf-1 is at its peak. If u just ldar then ur going to constantly be behind your peers in dimorphism and attractiveness, and by late 20s you will be less masculine than the avg adult for the majority of ur life. You dont have bad features at all so ur not ugly, you just definitely are behind in terms of puberty
