To make quite clear, although I am the ultimate owner, and decision maker on this site, as far as you are concerned both @Histy and @Sukhoi are your direct bosses, they are permitted to act with total impunity, executive authority and ultimately act as though they were the ultimate owners of the site.
So for all intents and purposes, these are the guys you go to when you need something! Only in rare cases will you hear from me because unlike you unlucky inkwells, I have a life and employment to attend to.
Anyway then, lets dive into the bread and butter of this post and learn what your rules and responsibilities are.
Administrators are also bound by rules. Albeit, as the rule makers you must always take their instructions as the law. It is for me the Root Administrator to make decisions on the validity, legality or otherwise justification of their rules. However you may be interested to learn how this works.
Further moral and ethical duties we must all undertake to keep this site legal, moral and enjoyable for our user base.
All identifiable information obtained on our users must be keep private, you must not use your position of power in an abusive manner.
When making posts, please ask yourself whether it may be construed as fact or advice. If it could be, you are obliged to add a disclaimer at the beginning holding looksmax.cc and it's owners indemnified, and stating that this is all your personal opinion and that you not the site are liable at law for any harm done. Finally where anything illegal to the extent of encouraging or promoting serious illegality is concerned, you must take this down without exception, immediately. You can leave it as removed from public view and you must have an administrator review the content and make a final decision on whether to permanently remove the post. In some cases, it will be just fair and reasonable to ban or punish a user who does this. This again will be at the sole discretion of the administrators, but they must both agree on the matter, and provide a written reasoning and evidence to me at the same time of doing.
I will take the stance of agreeing with the admins in all cases by default, and will only object in exceptional cases, but I must do this at the soonest convenience.
Other than this, these are your general obligations and the admins may at any time amend or add to these to pursue the goals.
Any staffer subordinate to the admins may be punished, demoted or otherwise banned for any breach or gross breach of these rules. This again is at the sole discretion of the administrators, any appeals of a mod who has been demoted by the administrators for a failing on these rules (and for any avoidance of doubt administrators may demote or ban the moderators for any other reason as they see fit, but I would encourage them to create their own rules and principles for clarity) may appeal their demotion to me and there will be fact finding tribunal where both administrators provide the case against the mod, and the mod will defend themselves. The administrators in this circumstance must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the rules and obligations of the mod has been breached. If this cannot be ascertained, I will order the administrators to reinstate their moderation status, this is because breach of these rules must be taken very seriously and abided to lawfully and not capriciously.
