SKIN & HAIR GUIDE

Part I. What will we talk about in this guide?

- In this guide I will help you maximize your skin based on what you have, improve your skincare routine with good and cost-effective products, and improve your hair by leaving it softer and frizz-free.

Let's begin.

I. SKINCARE :

In this section, I'll teach you how to have a good, effective, and affordable skincare routine. To have a good skincare routine, you ideally need three essential items: - Facial cleanser - A good facial moisturizer - Sunscreen Now, I'm going to recommend a skincare routine for each skin type, depending on yours, at an affordable price.

NORMAL SKIN:
- Facial Cleanser: I recommend CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser or CeraVe Foaming Cleanser.

- Moisturizer: Neutrogena Hydra Boost

DRY SKIN:
- Facial cleanser: CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser
- Moisturizer: CeraVe Facial Moisturizer

OILY SKIN / ACNE-PRONE
- Facial cleanser: CeraVe Foaming Cleanser
- Moisturizer: VaniCream Daily Facial Moisturizer

MIX SKIN:
- Facial cleanser: CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser
- Moisturizer: Neutrogena Hydro Boost Fragrance Free

SENSITIVE SKIN:
- Facial Cleanser: Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser
- Moisturizer: Vanicream Daily Facial Moisturizer

Now for sunscreen I recommend 2 that are very good:

- La Roche-Posay Anthelios Mineral Tinted Sunscreen SPF 40

- Beauty of Joseon Daily Tinted Fluid Sunscreen 12

II. HAIR : Now for hair, I won't make a specific guide, but I will recommend products, advice and tips to have hair with less frizz, softer and cleaner.

Products I recommend using per week:
- Shampoo 2-4 times per week

- NATIVE Shampoo

- Conditioner 3-4 times per week

- NATIVE Conditioner

- Coconut oil 1-2 times per week.
