I’m 13years old I don’t have a debit card yet getting one soon and I’m tryna set up a PayPal account w out parebts knowing but is it still possible for me to scam ngas and get them to send money even if I don’t have a bank acc linked to my PayPal acc

lie on your age ,use proton mail , use a voip or if youre riskier use your phone nimber , lie on your info and get a strong password .
id isnt necessary but you may provide it only when it detects suspicious activity, like huge transactions and withdrawals. stay safe permateen
