Im broke as fuck right now, Im finding quite hard to land a job.
Anyways im saving up at the moment but I cant decide whether I should save for a Massage gun (BS) or a 6 -12 month cycle of accutane to shrink my nose.
My three biggest failos are a narrow mandible/chin, narrow lips and my nose (the tip is very big due to pores).
I cant do any topicals on my nose since its very sensitive and ends up getting more inflamed so my only options are Isotret and Rhino (Rhino is being saved for)
Anyways let me know which one I should prioritise first
