For pyschology I reccomend using online sites and courses. It is a real in depth area of study which can be broken down into many sections.
However openstax has some good resources about pyschology.
For philosophy I am less able to reccomend a good read, perhaps figure our your beliefs in the world and go from there, find authors whoes theories align with your own beliefs
