if you dont want to do roids do somatropin or AIs (i personally reccomend soma), but i wouldnt hop on looking at your face . just eat healthier and do neck curls at the gym , masseter training includes chewing hard foods (when youre eating focus on chewing every bite at least 5 times) or buy a jaw trainer from temu or amazon .
there are plenty of tutorials online. if you follow these tips over the span of some months you can reach hltn/mtn imo
