- Hormones: Estrogen levels are crucial deficiencies (like from amenorrhea) reduce bone mass.

But a Higher Bmi means Higher Pbm (Peak Bonemass) espicially during Teenage years try bulking or maintening and not starvemaxxing or you will not only Stunt Ur Growth but also your Pbm !
