I got on iso in November last year. I did low 40mg / day for a month, and then 80mg / day every month until March. By March, my skin was finally clear, and rosacea is slowly starting to go away after i got off.
When I started, I had bad acne, that I tried what felt like every softmaxx on. Finally just took the iso, and I had very slow results compared to some online. It didn't really start to get noticeably better until month 3-4 (so hang in there guys).
Side effects
- dry lips (just use aquaphor or somethng)
- eczema (just get some eczema relief cream on amazon)
- nose bleeds (i only got like 2 or 3, not that bad for me)
- lowered mood (definatly real, not just made up bs)
What happened after
My roseca is starting to go down (it has always been bad for me), and using dermaroller to clear up scars, it is getting better. It is a long term fix, but you still have to wash your face, wear moistruizer, obvious things for us here.
If you are struggling with acne, just go talk to a dermatologist. Almost everything else is cope.
