Haven’t seen any threads of this but I’m thinking about cutting meduis canthus I can’t find anything about it anywhere I’m thinking abt freehanding it w a knife idk is there anything I should be careful of or anything that’s required?

I’ve already done it a couple times but it made very little difference and it’s healed I don’t think I’m doing it properly

Really low ROI that's why. And don't cut with a knife use a clinical grade scalpel and obv sanitize before cutting

On top of my head this is what I remember you had too do, disinfect the area with chlorhexione or basically anything too disinfect the area, inject 0.5-1ml of lidocaine into the area of the medial canthus subcutaneously, along the canthus just made sure too avoid the lacrinal sac or wtv its calls. make a small hortizontel incision, prob 2-3 mm long and 1-2mm deep cut the tendon, make sure the too make it move medically and close up the whole thing with neon-06 I think that’s the snitching brand, idk use a light scalpel prob, or you can dnr this and raw dog it out with a razor blade and alch

Lowk I’m broke asf I just raw dogged it already w a knife I didn’t disinfect it or nuh it started bleeding a lotit’s calm tho it looks better ima do it again soon I’ll try clean it this time
