Mastering the art of frauding (height)​

When to know if its over for you in height

5'11 = its over
6'0 = 5'11 = its over
6'1 - 6'2 safe
6'3 - 6'4 = perfect

Now what you would like to do is get your shoe and take out the bottom bit (sock liner) once you do that you can do the 'clavicualr method' so what you want to do is grab a sock fold it that = 0.5cm and you want to get another and do the same place 1 in one shoe and do that to the other once you keep doing that you gain the ability to install 3 inches in combined in each shoe making you three inches taller.

Execution 2 (paid but rlly cheap depending on where to purchase) now you want to keep those sock liners in and now place insoles where you can purchase off temu for approximately 3 dollars depending what country your at or pruposobly purchase at rebel
