Looksmax itachi lines

how to effectively get rid of them? I haven’t tried any methods before so I’m open to all advice

Itachi lines are mostly caused by the maxilla unless Ur old and lack skin elasticity. Best fix would be surgery or orthodontics (eliminate the cause).Or Botox(not the cause but helps for some time)
