I mean all the new sites like gg just end up in shambles from over marketing leading to a unstable amount of users

We are not marketing it a lot. Right now we have a cool userbase and we are decently smart.

Too many, it was good when it started but we gained 3 k users in like 2 weeks so it started to get boring

Why?
1) democratic - this is water, all these other forums suffer their fate because they have low iq modertators and admins who lose touch with the community and just do things how they want to do things
2) we are libertarian, this means anything goes. Why is this good? Because all forums start fun when there aren't any rules, then mods get on power trips abusing powers, and then suddenly you are getting warned all the time and banned for tryna do some funny shit
3) we have a whole ass government dedicated to keeping the quality high. O5A is a government department committed to producing ground breaking research into looksmaxxing, further committees will be comissioned in the future to ensure that certain tasks are completed as the forum grows. (as you say, as a forum grows in size, moderators cannot be expected to do everything they can do at alower level, so power must be delegated)

Obviously the mods on .gg benefit from traffic as to why they don't care about the quality of engagement as long as engagement is happening (they clearly have a financial stake)
