I’ve seen a lot of techniques and workouts that will apparently give you good forward growth. One that really caught my eye was activating the temporalis muscle by pressing your moral tooth together(not too hard but not too soft).
I’ve tried it for a bit now and I saw a little bit of change but idk if it’s just me gaslighting myself
Anyway, is that method cope or does it actually do something. If it doesn’t, then tell me what to do for my forward growth
