Serious I‘m so fucking scared

I‘m 5‘9 which is good compared to the people in my surroundings but the doctors said my growth is ~97% done which worries me that I won’t even reach 6 feet.
Is there any way I can get beyond my growth pallets and maybe reach 6 feet without having to inject substances that abuse the growth pallets
(Please don’t judge me for my english, it isn’t my first nor my second language)

If you're growth is 97% gone your obviously not gonna grow 3inches.Not even when enhanced

I am extremely petite and short no it’s not a compliment for me but I played ice hockey all my life so it’s an extreme advantage and I’m much faster than everyone else you have to “subconsciously” focus your everyday movement on where you want your muscles to grow genetically I have large calves but they give me insane balance since I was young I trained my body to be completely loose / thin upper torso but all my focus and energy of my muscles go into my legs walking, standing doing tasks. From my experience in my family swimming is essential depending on what form you’re using like butterfly every single muscle stretches and pulls in all directions with the movement of the water rather than pulling against gravity doing hurdles or basketball. Loosing weight muscle wise is a big one as you age especially in elderly the hips widen because there’s no enough muscle support it deteriorates so some bones are fragile and prone to deformation, however in this case since you’re young loosing muscle or anything causing to weigh you down gives room for height growth. I did this non intentionally knowing this information and I grew 2-ish inches that year. Pineal gland enhancements can be dangerous as it and you don’t know how everyone’s brain works it can grow parts of your body you don’t want to including possible cell mutation growths like tumors, if you think calcium is good for your bones opt for preservative (or heavy additive) free oat milk it’s very high. L-ornithine is a postive. Google search what amino acids and peptides help build collagen if you don’t you’ll end up buying it and it doesn’t help as directly as giving the amino acids for your body to make its own for the purpose you want rather than peeing most of it. Posture is essential/ aligning your back. That’s all I have.
