Idk how to talk.

Im facialy atractive now,
I have a muscular body (that i achieved tru looksmaxxing) and now girls actually want me and i get treated better in general.
But i litterly dont know how to talk with them, i was at a club and some girls walked up to me and i just stood there, didnt say a word and my friend was just talking for me.

Idk why i have this stuff, i got tested for autism and i didnt have it (as a child).

If someone maybe knows how to fix this,
Its also not about being shy or stuff like that.

just practise talking to a cashier or something since they are forced to be nice to you and therefore you wont get humiliated, and by doing interactions you will automatically get good at it with time.
