Looksmax How to leanmax in puberty

So. I'm 16 and I'm prob like 20-22% bf and I wanna get lean, but I don't wanna fuck my developement:unsure::unsure::unsure:
Tbh I’d say that so long as you don’t go massively into a steep defeicit (no more than (500kcals a day) you wouldn’t hinder your development.

I also have to note I’m not sure how we have gotten to the conclusion that deficit calories could stunt growth, sure if malnourished. But so long as your body has sufficient calories to run and fat store to burn then you should be fine

If I am wrong however please feel free to correct me with science

yeah 500 should be fine
like if your maintanace is 3000 you can prolly even eat 2300
its healthier long term for teenagers

tbh i starved myself for an entire year and didnt seem to stunt my grow

calories are important but if your in a deficit under 500 a day and hit ur nutrients and shit thats very good
ur body also burns less calories on some types of foods i cba to write a massive thread but google has alot ab it so well planned cut is safe
