Strengthen your shoulders , chest and back

Drink gallons of milk and eat a lot of meat

Sleep at least 8h

If you are into steroids , inject test

Train shoulders, chest and back like Histy said. You could also try wide grip dead hangs and reeves deadlifts, they're probably cope but its worth trying ig.
