Yo bro figured you would know if it's true bit my friend just called me and told me to never pin with an insulin needle, he told me it could break because it's meant for a subq injection, and that the oil could just flow out of the muscle even if it doesn't break, if I do it with the insulin needle. Is it true cuz if it is I'm fucked I'll need to scrap some money together for normal needles🫩

Hey so definitely don't draw and pin with an insulin needle this is pretty important. 1st you shouldn't draw and pin with the same needle as if you draw the oil with a needle it isn't sterile anymore meaning you're pinning with an unsterile syringe. For drawing get a 21G or bigger. 2nd you need bigger needles yes, for injection take 24G-27G. As you're pinning with oil you need slightly bigger ones. Idk about the needle breaking never heard of that but for pinning intra you need a longer needle or you want reach the muscle. Also dosing could be incorrect as if smaller needle some oil could spill out the injection side meaning your pinning less than you're thinking.if you need more help just pm me. Yes get them at a pharmacy. In Germany it's like 12€ per 100. But idk ABT where your from it differs
