What is the key to heightmaxxing during early-mid puberty (10-16). I'm 5'7-5'8 and my dad is 6', mom 5'7 and my older brother is 6'1-6'2. I'm 15 turning 16 in a few weeks. I don't eat very healthy, in fact, I eat pretty shitty and i only seem to sleep for like 4 hours every night because i'm addicted to my phone. I nap for 5 hours during the day on a good day, maybe once a month.

I don't know what to eat, I don't know when to sleep, and I don't know when i'll stop growing.

I've seen a lot of threads on all forums but i'm curious to see what is the best for my case.

but generally
naturally:
you need to fix your sleep and diet, sleep is hard i also average 6ish hours so i get it you can try melatonin. but 4hrs of sleep is quite harming. youll stop growing idk but depends on your growth velocity. diet try to eat more naturally ig alot of meat not a primalcel but yk what i mean.

sleep try and fix to atleast 7 hrs


pharma:
HGH or even a gh secreatogue
pth analogs
alot of sleep aids like melatonin or sum heavier
 
genetics

other than this, you could potentially abuse pharma see if it helps any at all

but the most useful none genetic ways are LL (likely you won't do this as pussy and costly) or height increasing shoes type shi
 
sleep more, hgh ai could help a little
