What is the key to heightmaxxing during early-mid puberty (10-16). I'm 5'7-5'8 and my dad is 6', mom 5'7 and my older brother is 6'1-6'2. I'm 15 turning 16 in a few weeks. I don't eat very healthy, in fact, I eat pretty shitty and i only seem to sleep for like 4 hours every night because i'm addicted to my phone. I nap for 5 hours during the day on a good day, maybe once a month.
I don't know what to eat, I don't know when to sleep, and I don't know when i'll stop growing.
