I see gyno coming in I would say I'm at stage 1 rn but I'm kinda scared it will get more severe.
for context I'm 15 and also never have been on androgens also I would say my test is pretty low but I don't really now much about prevention.

If you really do have gyno I’d go and speak to a medical professions and get their verdict.

As carefree as I was to my hormone at age 15 I wouldn’t advise you medically to do anything altering to your hormones without first being fully aware of the side effects and also having a medical professionals blessing / oversight .

That being said I’ve used aromatase inhibitors and PEDs such as primobolan to control my estrogen from a young age, I have used a lot of gear and often times drank too much, ate a shitty diet and I have never had gyno.

May be worth looking into or discussing with your doctor
