So March update, been a bit of a chaotic start to the year with my personal finances and being busy as fuck.

I have used semaglutide to cut since around mid Jan and I am around 12% bodyfat.

I started using tret a couple months ago and I am on to daily dosing of tretinoin now so we should hopefully start to see some results.

Also another area which I am locking back in with is the gym. I have fallen off my schedule with the gym tbh, so I need to get back into the habit of training hard and making good gains (I plan on doing this today)

Anyway, aside from that here is my months update, still around hmtn.
