Hello bhai.

Today we’re going to be discussing how to order your skincare from inside the EU. Especially Greek pharmacies.

Do you want to get your favorite retinoid without being scammed by Rahaj or EU customs fucking you over and seizing your hopefuel?

*Because Greece is in the EU, the chance of getting seized is effectively zero (Schengen)*

For years, Greece was famous because you could buy Airol 0.05% tretinoin cream for only a few euros. Then Pierre Fabre stopped distributing it in Greece, and pharmacies gradually ran out of stock. Multiple recent reports from people visiting Greece confirm that it's no longer available and that pharmacists say there are no plans to bring it back.
Esentially tretinoin is gone so you can only get tazarotene

STEP 1: SKROUTZ

Skroutz is the largest online shopping comparison platform in Greece. It works similarly to Amazon, except that it aggregates listings from hundreds of independent Greek retailers and pharmacies.

So, how can we use it?

Well, it's as simple as searching up, for example, "tazarotene". As I see it, there's only two listings, both from the same company. One for a 0.05% cream at 75ml, and another one for a 0.1% cream at 40ml. They have the same price, which for me is 108 RON, which is about ~20 EUR. Doesn't compare to indiaMART prices but it's worth the safety :loveit

To order, simply add the product to your cart and pay. It's as simple as that.

What else can we order?

When I ordered my skincare I ordered the 0.1% Tazarotene and a 20% Azelaic Acid, for which I paid 225 RON, or about ~40 EUR which is pretty expensive
BUT, you can also buy non-prescription branded skincare like CeraVe or La Roche-Posay

Skroutz is goated for the simple fact that you can pay cash on delivery. A lot of international pharmacies only accept card payments, PayPal, or bank transfers, which can be annoying if you don't have a card or just prefer not to use one online. With some Skroutz sellers, you can simply choose cash on delivery, pay the courier when the package arrives, and that's it. Obviously, not every pharmacy or courier offers it, but if it's available for your order, it makes the whole process feel much more like ordering from a local store than importing something from another country.

WHY I USED SKROUTZ OVER INDIAMART

One word: safety. Ordering from indiamart is like texting some foid. You have to jump through a billion whatsapp conversations, deal with sellers that don't speak english all for a better price and your chance of getting seized going up by 50%? No thanks.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

I ordered on august 2nd, and website says I'm going to receive my order between 7-11 august
