TLDR, felt like dog shit the past couple of weeks. Not been satiated, not been gaining mad strength in gym, felt and looked bad.

The minute I hopped back to eggs, milk and meat only diet. I have felt and looked much better. Less cravings, less bloat, clearer mind.

TLDR of what the thread will include:

You don't need carbs or sugar, your body can convert only meats and dairy into glucose for respiration.

You can get all minerals and nutrition through meat, and dairy. + supplements if you really want.

And the benefits for looks include, better physique (easier to stay lean, easier to gain mass, easier to avoid bloat),

Skin is better without sugars in diet,

Mental health wise, you don't comfort eat. You have better mental clarity, you feel better.

Blood sugar, by having stable blood sugar day in and day out you are better able to focus, perform, sleep etc, better skin , better mood. Whole host of benefits, JFL at those of us who have been pranked into believing that sugar, and spiking sugar levels, is wise / fine.

I will keep updating this thread, because sugar withdrawals are brutal. I know I am in the calm before the storm as sugar has probably not cleared my system yet JFL so we will give it a few weeks

As a side note I am not writing this from anecdotal experience from day 1 of quitting carb and sugar. I went on a carnivore diet for my summer cut this year and it was really good, I fell off the bandwagon since maintaining, and especially now, I have literally been eating like shit the past few weeks and making myself feel and look shit.

So I will bumo the thread as soon as there is anything to report.
 
Current update I have moved more towards a Keto diet, as I like to eat Greek yoghurt and walnuts and macadamia nuts. Shits not too bad tbh, suits me quite well.

I’ve not really noticed any energy level crashes so far, I guess in the morning it’s abit harder to get out of bed but none the less. At the moment energy feels fairly stable.

I look a lot leaner, obviously a lot of water weight being dropped is to thank for that effect

Will make a thread about this soon.

I’m sure it’s not necessary in 100% of cases for all people, but it certainly helps in most cases to be on a keto diet as a looksmaxxer

water but do a lean bulk with a surplus of 200-300 cals and high protien
Solid advice,

Weight lift and cardio if natty will also help get you bigger since newb gainzzzz

I always forget to mention since I been on gear since 16 im at advanced lifting strat stage jfl @etl🌲
 
Update tbh, carnivore is low iq JFL.

Carbs are a good looksmax.

Essential part of muscle maxxing and stable energy levels.

With that said however keep it just down to complex carbs.

Avoid processed sugar unless you’re a high endurance athlete or need quick release glucose for whatever reason.

Snacks and hunger isn’t an excuse
