Question Derma acne

Me derma did not want to give me accutane so he prescribe me differin and cutacnyl (i will stick to that for the moment) but he tells me to not put cleanser and moistruizer
on my face bcs i dont need it ect idk.
what do you think?

I don't know about those never really done research for them. But for me My regular doctor prescribed me doxycline which did nothing. After that I made an appointment for a dermatologist and just saidit didn't work which after that she prescribed me epiduo(topical retinoid(adapalen)and benzoyl peroxide) after that I went again. And at that appointment I like cried my acne was so bad and shit just some random bs and said the epiduo didn't work(it did) and than I got accutane. And with that I got bloods for free every 4-6 weeks
