I want to know more about bonesmashing and other "facial" techniques.
I punch myself in the head on each side of my jaw about 10-20 times in the mirror and then 5-10 times each side just under my eye 3 times a day with 2-3 hour breaks and give myself 5-7 days to recover and do it again.
Should I be using tools (hammer)?
Should I be taking less time to recover?
Any other techniques that are more useful? (thumpulling, face exercises etc.)
Any information would be appreciated

Just having trouble finding techniques that actually work that I can consistently work on each week.

3x a day on swollen tissue is the part you should be worried about. More sessions ≠ more bone growth, mechanotransduction doesn't work like that. I recommend low magnitude cyclic loading with rest periods, not high frequency retard punching.
