I mean every formula measures it differently.

This is how one formula does it. For dimo there are usually ideal masculine ratios that add to male dimo, and for misc if you have a certain thing on your face (like dark eye circles) then you just deduct misc points for it. Same for everything else really. It's hard to put it into words how it works but i hope my explanation is helpful .
