Question Acnee routine

I always had acnee (since 1-2 years) and it was not really bad but I didn’t had clear skin.
I didn’t care abt my looks and just put cutacnyl 10% every night (from dermatologist) and it covered most of my acnee
But recently, like 2-3 months ago, my acnee became pretty bad so now I use cleanser and mostruizer (la roche posay) 2 times a day with the cutacnyl (1x a day).
It has been 3 weeks since I do this routine, and I noticed my acnee became a little worse, and my lips became dry.
Is this normal ? Like my skin is adapting ?
If it doesn’t get better I think I’m gonna start accutane next month.

Try to get accutane prescribed by your derma. For me I just said some bs stories that my acne is really bad ( just some few here and there) and I first got doxycline and epiduo and just said it wouldn't work every time even if it did. so now I got 10mg accutane prescribed and coming with that blood work every 4-6 weeks on liver and stuff which is very beneficial, especially if youre looking to hop on.
