Epiduo is 0.1% Adapalene and 2.5% Benzoyl, Adapalene will help with these since it speeds up cell turnover but will benzoyl negatively affect it? Idk why it would it just seems kinda harsh on the healing areas

Idk how it effects scarring, I used for acne in past. IIRC since it simply bleaches the skin, dries out the skin so no oil I don’t see how it would help with scarring.

Compare this to retinoids which are known for the healing of scarring why would you use BP over isotretinoin or topical tretinoin?

It does sting a lot and Made me red
