Yo so basically today I met my new flute teacher (I play the flute as a hobby) and after we finished the lesson my mom came into the fanfare's main hall to meet her for the first time. They chatted for a bit until the teacher brought up
music school, and my mom looks at me saying that she'll research that and look into it.
Alright, so on a side note I do calisthenics, low-level/non-competitive swimming, and also go to an already hard school which gives me a ton of work. Anyways, I got pissed off because it was pretty clear that my mom wanted me to do it, and I told her not to sign me up for it.
After I came back I met her and my brother walking home and I told her that music, despite it being something I like, will
NEVER be something professional/main focus, and she told me we'd talk about it at home.
So back at home I was chilling on .cc when she sat down next to me, and I immediately said
"no I don't want to do it because it's filled with assholes and pedophiles", and she insisted on me doing it for the money, comparing the potential gain to my old flute teacher (she just plays the flute and does nothing else).
Long story short she insisted on me taking it up because of the money but I told her that I could earn money in so many ways other than that, and she just stalled the conversation until I lost myself and started raging and screaming, meanwhile she just laughed at me and did some bitchy chit chat.
She then turned off my laptop and told me to go to sleep, and whenever I made good points at her she just ignored them and kept mocking me for how the snot falling from my nose made me look without even considering the conversation we had just had.
And since she's now clipping my brother's hair, whenever I come back to her to calmly give her my takes and opinions she just called me a zombie, like
"YOU LOOK LIKE JUST THE ZOMBIES YOU WATCH ON THE INTERNET" or something, and told me to look at myself in the mirror for how I looked.
I know I'm red from all the screaming and crying but she just refuses to answer, and when I calm down she negates all the good points I made by saying that she never pressed me about it.
Genuinely red, cortisol-filled, and crying rn.
Someone comfort me or give me some fucking cope.
