I am not super fat or anything, but probably need to lose 15 pounds to be at a better weight. I struggle with binge eating a lot too, any recommendations? Can’t hop on glp1 either. Thanks all

Honestly, you probably don’t need anything extreme if it’s only around 15 pounds. The biggest thing is getting the binge eating under control because that can sabotage progress even with workouts. Try focusing on balanced meals, higher protein intake, and avoiding super restrictive diets. A lot of people binge because they’re under-eating earlier in the day.

just do a ton of cardio and go into a calorie deficit if you dont wanna hop on anything. and also listen to the guy who said spam caffeine
