pretty good id countinue losing weight first grow hair out i think covering forehead partially would look nice on you. and then consider pharmaceuticals

pharmaceuticals lit idk it varies so much from steroids like tren to minox
if you wanna fully fix skin permenantly maybe acutane
minox for hair

thanks man, growing hair out got take a while since my hair is curly, bf whise : I don't really know how much lower I can go I think a huge factor is still baby fat in my face but I got told a couple times that its fading out with puberty
