yea i currently have braces prolly going to take abt 1 more year to fix cus i got a crossbite and an overbite

Tell your ortho to do something different than braces.Most traditional braces only fix the issue but not the cause(recession mostly).Also braces can have a negative impact on your jaw and cause recession in the mandible area too

im prolly going to ask him for a palate expander since my palate is narrow
