But you have an average ass physique, yes I know you are only 14. But the only good thing is that you are lean.
You are now at a time of your life which you are highest levels of Testosterone and newbie gains, you need to stick to a training plan, eat properly (right amount of calories and protein) and you can make some serious muscle gain in the next 2-3 years.
You do have a good base to start from however, you are not lacking muscle, you are just about as muscular as your average teen.
Keep grinding and keep lean, you'll be top 10% atleast when you are 16. Don't give up and keep going
