Welcome to the teeth whitening mega guide
To start off with a high level overview of what we will be covering in this guide; we will cover everything from DIY jobs to proffesionally getting your teeth whitened. Why white teeth are a must
This should be absolutely water, however if you need any proof here are two photos for you

obviously chad is chad so look at some average dude for instance:

I can already smell the comments "bro went from sub 5 to sub 5" and yes, you are correct my bad breath incel friend. However looksmaxxing is about MAXXING your LOOKS, which is what he has done by getting rid of a shit tier smile color.
Dental Treatment of teeth whitening
So what to do? I would advise getting your teeth whitened proffesionally as your first port of call if you are not flat broke. If you do not however have $400 to spend then skip right ahead to DIY methods.
If you are still hear that is great, we will keep it really simple for you.
You are gonna want to do a quick Google Search for dental clinics near you who do teeth whitening, now make sure you don't just click on the first link. Likely they are some shit clinic who are paying to have their service bumped higher with SEO manipulation.
Once you have found a few places that seem promising you should search "[XYZ COMPANY NAME] + Reviews". Trust me, it seems they will give dental licenses to anyone these days, save yourself those unnatural and uncanny white glow by seeing what other results people got and what the general vibe is for the practitioner. Once you are absolutely happy that you have found the best place then get yourself booked in, sit back, and relax and go and get that initial consult.
All being well it is just yellowed enamel, and there are no medical reasons why they cannot go ahead, they will likely book you in for another appointment to do the whitening, they will use a special whitening gel (usually some kind of peroxide) and apply it into a mouth gaurd tray for 15 minute intervals. This whitening session can last up to 2.5 hours and in this time you can expect your teeth to be whitened anywhere up to six shades lighter!
Once you have finished they may also provide a kit for you to continue whitening at home for the next few weeks!
That's it! Nice and simple, now skip to Post Whitening Care unless you wanna learn how to DIY it aswell!
DIY
Okay so this is where it gets a bit complicated, but it can also be cheaper for you. So lets have a look at the DIY methods in order of highest price to lowest price. Please note, we have only entered in the most effective methods. We do not want to support cope and waste your time.
don't be retarded and get scammed, make sure you buy the gel from a repuatble vendor, always check reviews. It is really easy to get real stuff.
so you will need the following for both methods, and this should give you pretty close results to the dentist.
1x gingival barrier syringe, 1x curing light (make sure it has a 435-440nm wavelength), mouth openers
your peroxide gel of choice.
Method
First and foremost, keep your mouth open with the mouth opener,
Insert Kitchen Roll or cotton in the sides of your mouth to absorb moisture.
Apply the Gingival Barrier, it must absolutely cover the gum-teeth border.
Use the curing light to harden the gingival barrier.
Apply a pea sized amount of the peroxide gel to each tooth and rub in.
Wait around 30 minutes, remove the gel from teeth with cotton, or paper absorbant. DO NOT REMOVE THE GINGIVAL BARRIER JUST YET!!
then you want to repeat the steps of applying and removing the gel 3-4 more times in 30 minute intervals!
then you should remove the gel, the gingival barrier. Once most is off, rinse your mouth with warm water and brush your teeth!
Bravo this should give you the results you are looking for !
Post Treatment Care
For around 48 hours after whitening it can be completely normal to have some sensitivity,
once you have whitened your teeth your job is to keep them white for as long as possible,
you should brush your teeth atleast 2x daily, and floss and use mouthwash. This is water is wet territory, but you'd be surprised the amount of people who neglect this basic care.
You are gonna want to avoid smoking, coffee and tea ideally. These can stain your teeth.
If you follow this religiously you can maintain perfect white teeth all year round with just 2x whitening sessions annually!
