Serious questionnaire

for end of year we should make google forms with a few questions ab uture of forum and current (albeit short) experience
this will help guide us and provide interesting data

i say we ask 1 page of basic questions
then we add a shit ton of other optional pages with as much data as we could collect
those who wanna do it will those who dont dont have to
and it would give us alot of data we could write ab

even if it is experiments yourself conduct on yourself, surveys of women, whatever. I am not a good scientist, but whatever research you think would be useful for helping the community members ascend
