Question Is it over and how do i prevent (no hgh)

I am 14 years old i started gymcelling around 2 months ago, im 5’5 ltn (pretty low hyoid, slightly recessed lower jaw, slightly recessed upper jaw, shitty orbitals) im in my growth spurt rn is it over for me or do you guys think i will grow enough? Cause i think height matters more then looks so id rather be really tall then fix all those recessions.
