Let us start this appeal off by questioning the offense. I do not understand which rule I broke that would warrant a permanent ban. I was banned for "Troll.". I had called others homosexual plenty of times, but you must acknowledge the fact that this term is thrown around often on the forum. I would understand a warning, or a moderator telling me to 'lock in', but a permanent ban seems overly large. Let us question if we are all truly equal to the law. Let us view other users, 'Kaligula' for example. He has taken the personal picture of another user, and has made multiple threads attacking and making fun of this user's facial features. Is this not a worse offense than mine?



Did I perhaps get banned because I am a defenseless 'greycel'? Let us hypothesize, would a popular user like 'twinkdestroyer' get banned for posting the exact posts I posted? Let us post, let us post appeals.



I humbly request a reconsideration of this permanent ban. In fact, I humbly request an apology for this overly harsh action. I had never previously received a warning, to then get a permanent ban for mildly offensive behavior seems unfair.

We didn't ban you for saying homosexual, it's just you were spamming slop on a fresh account with a VPN. The VPN is allowed, but it means we assumed you were an alt/secondary account. We just don't want users to make brand new accounts with the intent of being annoying, if you were a primary account and was being annoying it's slightly different.

@Kaligula567 is allowed on the forum because he appealed by sending an email to Dean, which is how users usually have to get unbanned on .com.

You would actually have to send an email to Dean to get unbanned on .com mainly. He's very generous with appeals so it's not usually a big deal to ask for an unban.

I can appeal your account for you, just because I'm so used to users giving me shit, the fact you were kind is enough to for me to give you a second chance, lmao. Usually you'd have to email Dean or use the contact form on the site, so if you get banned again I probably wouldn't appeal it a second time.

Another concern was the fact your threads didn't have a proper body as well. You don't have to make high quality threads in the Off Topic category but it would probably help you not getting banned again.
