I the founding father of .cc republic declare the following constitutional rights of our people.
Further Amendments of this Constitution are allowed.
To make any part of this constitution redundant it must have a majority vote of at-least 90% to do so.
1. All members of the community have the unconditional right to freedom of speech.
2. All members of the community have the unconditional right to freedom of opinion.
3. All members of the community have the unconditional right to privacy.
4. No member of the community is above the laws of said community.
5. If alleged to be in breach of the laws or rules of the community a member is liable to be banned
5a. The accused is entitled to fair trial by a jury of his peers with a board of Judges selected from the Moderators who will determine whether or not the accused in guilty and whether the ban of the accused is necessary
6. No single user has full authority to make decisions on their own.
6a. All new decisions must be made democratically via the process of a voting poll
6a(1). In the interests of keeping things democratic, the community must be allowed to take a part of the voting poll if it is in objective best interest of the community as a whole for them to take part in the vote. Where it can be argued that there is a reasonable objection/s to involving the whole community, a committee of randomly selected members of the community or a board of democratically elected Mods will hold a debate and vote on behalf of the community.
6a(2). The determination of whether it is arguably in the best interest of the community to make this decision or not must be a decision made by an independant judge or board of judges, where the verdict will be made whether this decision made was in line with the 6a(1) whether the objection to hold a debate and poll without the use of referendum was fair and just.
6a(3). The Mods will hold Superiority to making these decisions over a committee. If any member wishes to appeal a decision by the mods in one of these debates and subsequent voting polls, they must appeal to the legislator. And if approved for appeal, the debate and vote will take place with a committee of community members randomly selected.
6b. An exception to this is if a staff member acts in the best interest of the community and it is what the objective reasonable person would have done.
6c. Where the change doesn’t effect anyone negatively the administrator has full authority to make a change.
6c(1). However the administrator is liable to be accused of breach of the rules and liable to punishment if in breach of this rule.
