    Discussion Is the Primal Diet cope??

    I've been eating shi like raw eggs and meat sometimes liver all raw and lowkey have seen a difference in my overall mood and gut health but not too much what do yall recommend I do? (btw the raw liver I eat tastes worse than shit I hate it sm)
