Often orthodontics is not for looks they focus on treating you so you won't have problems later in life. And a recession mostly doesn't mean there are problems coming with it. Depends on your country and insurance too if they cover procedures for looks- looks

The surgery would fs be a good idea. Of course I'm using accutane and most guys on here probably have to.And if you're scared of side effects You can mostly prevent them with other compounds in the case of Isotretinoin tudca or milk thistle would be a good non injectible.But no reason to be...- looks

Youre not assymetrical. You may think it because youre right orbital is higher set than you're left one (vertical orbital dystopia). That's why you think you're assymetric. If that's a big deal for you you can start saving up for a orbital osteonomy.- looks
