does anyone have tips for high inhibition, i cant make small talk with friends or anyone at all if its a 1 on 1 conversation. many are friends with me but due to my inhibition it makes it much harder.

best tip from me is working cashier, though it’s probably not going too work but
i still have a ND stance and act somewhat Nd with high inb, the best advice i could give is too get a cashier job, It’s sucks like hell but overtime you’ll be able too mask it and make small talk with people, though just talking with a friend helps a bit

Normie advice, but if you are reasonably high iq I really do think pregab is just the answer. It makes you that little bit more stupid, in such a blissful carefree way.

All require prescription, but could be purchased on dashpct. I am personally prescribed the max daily dose of pregab and I have been prescribed those other meds too. I will be honest with you though, without any chronic pain conditions, itd be extremely difficult to be prescribed that much pregab for psychological treatment/anxiety (1/2)
As for the antipsychotics, that would weirdly be easier in my opinion, however they have much more severe long term impacts on the nervous system and iq. To get prescribed those you basically just need to be what I mentioned. Severely autistic, bpd, cptsd, or schizophrenic
Just go out and drink and talk to people you'll learn overtime. Or go the pharma route but I don't think it's necessary
