I was thinking about ordering Reta but i dont know if im gonna lose muscle. Im back in the gym now after 5 months, any advice for not to lose muscle while being on reta?
 
just go on a calorie deficit bro, you don't need to lose crazy weight just actually try and it'll be fine

No point going on reta when you're around 18% bf gng ur just gonna fuck up your hormones from the nutritent deficiency's and get the same results you would if you went on a calorie deficit naturally. Save your money for something you actually might need
 
Yeah your already a lower bf% just go on a good cut and eat good
