You can sometimes train the muscles around your mouth so your lips naturally rest differently over time. It won't change your actual lip structure, but it can change how your lips sit when your face is relaxed. Depending on how it looks, it could be as simple as holding your lips in a different position so that they rest in the desired place. If you send a picture, I can try to tell you if this is worth trying.
you could do a diy lateral commisuroplasty, pretty simple but you can't be dumbfuck
Try volufine, release facial and fatloss if ur lips not too fucked
Cut them yourself at home
try lip balm or vaseline and if you're into the faggy stuff use some concealer or look up a make up guide. if you could provide a picture i would love to help more
