Products needed: -hydrogen peroxide gel 45% recommended.

1:apply the gingival gel on your gum line as shown in the picture below. Then add paper towels in each cheek to prevent running gel. Then use the curing light to harden it. This gel is used to protect your gums from the hydrogen peroxide as it will burn and may cause gum recession if it contacts.
2: now put a small drop of hydrogen peroxide gel on each tooth and make sure it’s even.
3:wait 15 minutes and remove the h202 from your teeth with a paper towel, make sure not to remove the gingival gel. Apply the gel 4 times total for 15 minutes each.
