Looksmax what should i take to heightmax at 14

i turned 14 a month ago and i am 5‘8 at the moment my dad is 5,10 and my mom 5‘5 i want to be way taller than my height potential and im not sure what to take.
im not sure about hgh ive been told i will just block my natural hgh production if i take it. is that true?
i have heard about aromatase which lowers your estrogen which could make me grow longer but im not sure.
is there anything else?

take some supplements for sleep as it is crucial

Lowkey eat and sleep and exercise.
Most would say take HGH, there is no real advice either way in my opinion whether GH is worth it for you, that decision should be made subjectively based on your doctors recommendations
